She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rice and Janice Rice (Brown). She is survived by: her husband Rick Mills; her children, Shannon Evans (Robb), Alisha Furlong (Will), Kaylan Mills and Corey Mills (Mackenzie); her grandchildren, Marlee, Kayden, Jamison Mills, Cameron Evans, Maddison Anglin (AJ), Braden, Jace and Ethan Furlong; her great grandchild Aurora Anglin; and her siblings, Terry Rice (Cindy), Sherry Rice, Timmy Rice and Frank "Tootie" Rice (Betty).
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Tammy toward her funeral and medical expenses. Donations may be mailed to DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City.
