He is survived by: his wife Vivian Betts; his children, Ronald Betts (Kelli), Leroy Mullis and Virginia Smith; his sister Lorine Joyner; his sister-in-law Mary Betts; and his granddaughter Jillian Betts.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to Larwill Lions Club, Oak Grove United Methodist Church or Caring Hearts Private Care, Pierceton, IN.
