She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry B. Cummins and Vera B. Cummins (Bills); her husband Larry Lock; and her siblings, Geneva Christleib and Garland Keister.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Bartley (Junior) of Milford, Roger Prater (Joyce White) of Kodak, TN, Randy Prater (Shelly) of West Liberty, IA and Mary Leach (Kevin) of Larwill; and her brother Arthur Orin Cummins (Cindy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to Harvest Community Church.
