She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Stanford and Kate Stanford; her siblings, Bill Stanford and Betty Jo Smith; and her son Bobby Milliner.
She is survived by: her husband Robert G. Milliner; her children, Doug Milliner (Debbie) of Anderson and Darla Busby (Rick) of Pendleton; her grandchildren, Kelsie Barva (Andy), Ryan Busby (Lauren) and Wesley Busby (Kortney); her great grandchildren, Max, Addie, Katie, Roman and Theodore; her brother Fred Stanford (Vicki); and her caregiver Kate Marshall.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Human Genetics Craniofacial Fund at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in honor of her great-granddaughter and namesake, Katie Mae Barva.
