He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Miller and Catherine Miller (Hodson); and his siblings, Maxine, Georgeann and Delbert.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Miller (Everitt); his sons, Michael Miller (Billie Jo), Brian Miller (Vickie) and John Miller (Susan); his siblings, Buddy Miller (Rosemary), Janet Hobbs and Avis Holloway; his grandchildren, Amanda Rasnake (Kyle), Troy Schieman, Stephanie Peebles (Grant), Kirstin Miller, Garrett Earlywine, Brady Miller, Brianna Miller (Phoenix Mills) and Brandi Alberts (Landon); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Brooklyn, Brayden, Noah, Lilah, Judah, Hezekiah, Levi and Jack.
