He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne Clouse and Mary Jo Clouse (Keyser); his stepmother Fredonna Clouse; his siblings, David Clouse and Sandra Clouse; and his son Jason Faust.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Clouse; his children, Michelle Trowbridge (Faust), Melissa Bannon (Clouse) and Mike Clouse; his brother Richard Clouse (Donna); his grandchildren, Derek Faust (Amber), Dylan Faust (Kaley), Tyler Hobbs, Peyton Bannon and Parker Bannon; and his great grandchildren, Liam Faust and Lincoln Faust. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
