He is survived by: his wife Teressa (Jones); his son Jacob Meredith (Jessica); his grandchildren, Emily and Austin; his great grandchild Alex; and his brothers, Melvin, Ralph, Bobby, Tim, David and Paul. He is also survived by his parents; and four sisters.
