Milliner of Lapel, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Milliner. He is survived by: his parents, Robert G. Milliner, Sr. and Virginia Milliner (Stanford); his siblings, Doug Milliner (Debbie) of Anderson and Darla Busby (Rick) of Pendleton; his niece Kelsie Barva (Andy); his nephews, Ryan Busby (Lauren) and Wesley Busby; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Max, Addie, Katie and Roman; and his close friend Myra Milliner.
