He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Moffett and Jeanette Moffett (Flory); his wife Nancy Diane Moffett (Whobrey); and his daughter Tammy Moffett. He is survived by: his children, Chad Moffett (Chanda) of Lapel and Christi Baker of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Michael Cross, Jonathon Cross, Matthew Hodges, Heather Hodges and Billy Windle; his great grandchild Lynlee Windle; and his sister Sue Livingston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
