Scherer of Lapel, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Scherer and Thelma Scherer (Gray); his wife Marsha Scherer (Ballard); his son Douglas Scherer; and his sister Shirley Scherer.
He is survived by: his daughter Tarra Kernodle (Shane) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Chyanna Mason (Alexander) and Brady Giguere; his brothers, Tom "Steve" Scherer (Becky) of Farmland and Jay Scherer (Jovy) of Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Haiden and Adaleisa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
