It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Lee Balser of Lapel, Indiana, born in Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Clair and Frances Loraine Balser (DeWitt); his wife Sheila Mae Balser (Smith); and his daughter Jacinda Balser. He is survived by: his son A. J. Balser (Amy); his grandchildren, Leo Spacaj and Delaney Balser; and his son-in-law Mark Spacaj.
