Barbara Sue Valentine Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Sue Valentine of Lapel, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Keith Downey and Martha Josephine Downey Watson (Phillips); and her grandparents, Harry, Agnus Downey, Mary and Krozier Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Valentine; her daughters, Stevie Aley, Stacey Valentine and Shannon Valentine; her grandchildren, Chantel Aley, Trey Howard, Conner Marcum, Mikaela Howard (Lawrence Bell), Hannah Aley (Collin Miller) and Jaythan Howard (Jaydah McDaniel); her great grandchildren, Xander Howard, Jannuarie Orbick and L. J. Bell; her sisters, Sharon Mansell (Joe) and Karla Nathan (Rich); and her nephew Ryan Nathan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bobbie's memory may be made to the Pendleton Youth Baseball/Softball Association c/o Star Financial Bank.
