She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Carpenter and Erma Carpenter (Reaker); and her husband Louis N. Holderman. She is survived by: her children, Rick Holderman of Lapaz, Brenda McDonald of Nappanee and Jane Meeks (Ken) of Silver Lake; and her siblings, Max King (Linda) of Lapaz and Mary McIntire (Darrell) of Argos. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
