He is survived by: his wife Lea Ann Manth; his son Austin Manth (Jenna); his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Camdyn and Chase Manth (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Brecken and Emrie; his mother JoAnn LeFever (Randy); and his siblings, Vicki Simmers (Vince), Shane Manth (Tracie) and Jim LeFever.
