He is survived by: his wife Susan Ternet of LaOtto, IN; his children, Josh Ternet (Taylor) of LaOtto, IN, Tiffany Lawson (Nicholas) of Garrett, IN, Monica Ternet of Garrett, IN, Christi Hall (Brian) of Greensburg, KY and Dustin Hoffman of LaOtto, IN; and his siblings, Jack Ternet, Neal Ternet, Ted Ternet, Kathy Stroman and Carol Ternet. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
