He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lepper and Wanda Lepper (Curry); and his sister Barbara DeMint. He is survived by: his wife Judith Lepper; his children, Tina Hapner (Curt), Dawn Reichhart (Gary), Terri Lepper and Joseph Lepper (Robin); his grandchildren, Courtney Lepper, Will Lepper, Tia Hapner, Jenna Ricard (Robert), Roger Reichhart and Mary Reichhart; and his great grandchild Nora Ann Ricard.
