She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar G. Hussung and Carmen D. Bell Hussung; her husband Kermit E. Smith; her daughter Brenda J. Pavey; and her siblings, Edwin, Donald, William, Marvin, Russell Hussung and Josephine Gibson.
She is survived by: her sons, John Kermit Smith (Vonita) of New Albany and Kevin Ray Smith (Debbie) of Lanesville; her sisters, Carol Smith (Steve) of Lanesville and Paula Faith (Larry) of New Middletown; and her son-in-law David Pavey of Lanesville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
