She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Chaffin; her siblings, Lucille, Martha, Doris, Roscoe, Jr., William, Lawrence and Janet; and her grandson Bryan Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Maurice "Bud" Terry, Jr. and Paula Heeke (Mike); her brother George Mayfield (Evelyn); and her sister-in-law Beulah Mayfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
