He is survived by: his wife Joan Ruth Weaber; his children, Cathy Ruth Morency (Steven), Bruce Harold Weaber (Barbara), Timothy David Weaber (Sarah Kate) and Jonathan Albert Weaber (Sarah Louise); his siblings, Ruth Anna Bomgardner and Paul James Weaber; and his grandchildren, Paul Weaber (Lindsey), Stephen Weaber, Lauren Weaber Powers (Jason), Leah Weaber Tumbiolo (Matt), Abigail Weaber, Stephanie Morency Wolfe (Tyler), Caitlin Morency Bertram (Scott), Samuel Weaber and Joshua Weaber. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrison Hills Baptist Church (3822 Crandall Lanesville Rd NE, Lanesville, IN 47136). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Wolfe Cemetery.
