She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Lola Mae Smith (Quick); her husband Gaylord Lottes; her son-in-law Ken Shourds; her grandsons, Jared Shourds and Eddie Ward; her great grandchild Colin Shourds; and her siblings, Elmer Smith, Yvonne Sisley, Thelma Hunter, Don Smith and Darrell Pennington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Shourds of Rockport, IN. and Nancy Lottes of Jasper, IN; her grandchildren, Stacy Huffman (Randy), Kelly Ward and Jason Shourds (Tammy); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Huffman, Ethan Huffman, Wesley Ward, Tyler Ward, Whitney Ward, Kerrigan Shourds, Kylie Shourds and Kendalyn Shourds. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
