He is survived by: his stepbrother Gene Culp (Ruby); his siblings, Brian Grzesiak of Florida and Anita Simons (Paul); and his cousin Patrick Grzesiak of Indianapolis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
