She is survived by: her mother Margaret Bock of Naples, FL; her son Jared Siple of Bremen; her grandchild Taylyn; her child Erin Cox (Kyle) of Lakeville; her grandchildren, Quentin, Clark and Klayton; her son Troy Siple of Bremen; her brother Mark Bock (Victoria) of Naples; and her nephew Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be donated to Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614 for a special fund to be established for Terri's four grandchildren.
