She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Bean and Daisy Carnahan; her siblings, Elsie McCaslin, Bonnie Spiller, Ruby Foster, Marion, Audie, Floyd E., James, Thomas and Kenneth Bean; and her husband Morris W. Stokes Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Kathryn J. Stokes of Plymouth, Shelley A. Vidmar (Deno) of Lakeville, Morris W. Stokes, Jr. (Paula) of Mishawaka, Thomas Stokes (Tammy Tyler) of Plymouth and David A. Stokes of South Bend. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Pearl M. Stokes may be donated to The Parkinson's Foundation or The Center for Hospice.
