She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Howard and Lyda Howard (Larson); and her siblings, Dorothy, Flora, Nina, Merle and Paul.

She is survived by: her husband Gene; her sons, Ted I. Petill (Fedra) of Plantation, FL and Matthew P. Petill of Dayton, Ohio.; and her granddaughters, Candice, Tiffany and Angie.
