Leona J. Pletcher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 98, Leona J. Pletcher (Lakeville, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Conley and Ida Conley (Montgomery); her husband Gene; her sons, Caleb Gene Pletcher and Dr. Jacob Ryan Pletcher; and also, Aashni Pletcher, Loretta Mitchell, Yvonne Snyder, Lola Collins, June Petz, Ivy Conley, Ada Conley, Floyd, Jim, Sam, Paul, Herschel and Tex Conley.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Pletcher (Cheryl) of Mundelein, IL and Dirk Pletcher (Kay); and her sister Naomi Niemier of Plymouth, IN.. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palmer Community Complex (601 N Michigan St, Lakeville, IN 46536). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Southlawn Cemetery (61430 US-31, South Bend, IN 46614).
In lieu of flower contributions in memory of Leona J. Pletcher may be donated to the Garrett R. Maxson.
