Kathleen Anne Lawecki Obituary

In loving memory of Kathleen Anne Lawecki of Lakeville, Indiana, who departed this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 96. Kathleen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newell and Helene Elizabeth Cates (Kerr); and her brother Richard Cates. She is survived by: her husband Joseph S. Lawecki; her children, Helene Cooper (Jerry), Mary Smith, William Lawecki and Joe Lawecki; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Ryan, Amanda (John), Heather (Rick), William, Ben, Melanie (Tim) and Tori (Mike); and her sister-in-law Pat Cates. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
