He is survived by: his wife Christine Sampson; his children, Kaylie Beem of Indianapolis, Lance Corporal Ethan Beem of Quantico, VA, Jillian Beem of Oakland City, IN and Jacob Beem; his parents, Gerald Beem and June Beem of Plymouth; his siblings, Stephanie Schaller (Dan) of Culver and Jeff Beem (Gwen) of North Liberty; and his parents-in-law, Mary Sampson of Walkerton and Ed Sampson of Mishawaka. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jerry S. Beem may be donated toward the future educational expenses of his children.
