He is survived by: his parents, Calvin G. Ewing and Patty A. Ewing (Schafer) of Lakeville; his children, Bre A. Ewing, Mia J. Ewing, Vin J. Ewing, Jax L. Ewing and Eli A. Howell; his sister Sarah M. Slabaugh (Anthony) of Goshen; his significant other Dawn Brauneker of Argos; and the mother of his children Ashley Howell of Lakeville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jason may be donated to his family to assist with raising his children.
