He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kizer and Norma Kizer (Fritz); and his sister Sherry Nunemaker. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bonek; his children, Nate Kizer (Tawn), Adam Kizer (Danielle) and Rachel Joshick (Tony); his grandchildren, Andie, Austin, Alivia, Alex, Chloe, Hailey, Riley and Lucas; and his brother Dave Kizer (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
