We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2022, at the age of 31, Corey Jacob Howard of Lakeville, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Poppy Carl Joseph; his uncle Tim Howard; and his cousin Meredith Lord. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Howard and Mindy Howard (Joseph) of South Bend; his son Carter Joseph Howard of South Bend; his brother Chris Howard (Tia) of South Bend; his grandmother Eileen Joseph; his niece Carly Jo Howard; his aunts and uncles, Gary, Tracie Howard of Mishawaka, Stevo and Lorri Lord of Indianapolis; and also Corey.
Contributions in memory of Corey Jacob Howard may be donated to Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614 as an educational trust will be established for his son, Carter.
