He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassius Miller and Alma Miller (Hardy); and his brothers, Jack and Dick Miller. He is survived by: his children, Susan Miller of Woodstock, GA and Paul Miller (Karen) of Lakeville; his grandson Justin Hughes (Amanda); and his great grandchild Lucien Hughes.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Cleo D. Miller may be donated to Lakeside Baptist Church, 515 Michigan Trail, Lakeville, IN 46536 or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 91891, Washington, D.C., 20090.
