He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. and Mary B. Lukes (Zdenahlik); and his son Robert A. Lukes. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Garzotto; his sister Katherine; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Heather, Ron and Jan. He is also survived by several great-nieces & great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested for Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
