He is survived by: his wife Linda Thompson of Lake Village, IN; his son David "Tank" Thompson (Sarah) of Rensselaer, IN; his stepchildren, Matthew Andruch (Brittany), J. P. Andruch, Melissa Elliott (Trevor) and Joel Andruch; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Colton and Leilani; his sisters, Michelle Kindig, Kathy Miiller (Jim Utter) and Pam Vanderwall (Brian); his sister-in-law Terri Stahlhut; and his mother-in-law Irene Koch. He is also survived by several nieces, one nephew and several great-nieces and nephews.
