He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kamminga and Rose Kamminga (Boersma); and his brother Ron Kamminga. He is survived by: his wife Norma Hoffman; his children, Angella Pierce, Amanda Blake, Chris Williams, Jeff Williams (Tiffany) and Chad Williams (Rachelle); and his siblings, Alvin Kamminga, Marilyn Rucker and Paul Kamminga (Karen). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ASPCA – Protection of Animals.
