She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her grandson Jeff Symons; and her parents, Anthony Czapla and Jeanette Czapla. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Cheryl Durham (David), Michelle Chilton (Donald) and Kimberly Matthews (Kevin); her grandchildren, Amy Stokes (Terry), Jennifer Symons, Adam Burton (Kim), Eric Burton (Susan), Mathew Burton, Justin Burton (Katie), Hannah Vasquez (Joe), Luke Matthews, Molly Lollar (Kaleb), Hope Matthews and Mercy Matthews; and her siblings, Mary Webb (Michael) and John Czapla (Kathy). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lake Village Cemetery (4113 W. State Road 10, Lake Village, IN 46349).
