He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer White and Sybil White. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sandra Belk (James), Dana Thorne, Melissa Kindred (Kin), William Ketchum (Robbie), Brian White (Sharon), Scott White, John Ketchum (Erica), Terri Stephens (Rich) and Kelli Williams (Fred); and his brothers, David White (Pat) and Darrell White. He is also survived by many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
