He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jalovecky and Marie Jalovecky; his granddaughter Mandy; and his sister Jackie Toweson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jalovecky; his children, Jay Jalovecky (Debbie), Dale Jalovecky (Mary McClung), Sherri Dujmovich (Randy), Thomas Jr. Jalovecky (Kimmy) and Niki Bazaldua (Ramon); his grandchildren, Greg, Krystal, Ashley, Alex (Sierra), Noah (Zoe), Julia (Blake), Hunter, Hailey, Erin and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Jarek, Donovan, Lilliana, Paige, Miles, Landyn, Gavin and Maverick; his brother Dennis Jalovecky (Rosemarie); and his pet Piper. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
