He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Tuzinski of Lake Station and Clara Sue Tuzinski (Agent) of Wynne, Arkansas; his siblings, Laura Tuzinski of Harrisburg and Scott Stevenson of Bay, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Kayden Stevenson, Lecie Tuzinski, Ethan Tuzinski, Nathan Stevenson, Alex Tuzinski and Thor Tuzinski. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
