It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Z. Tokach of Lake Station, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Margaret Zomber; her husband Joseph Tokach of Lake Station; her sons, Scott Tokach of Crown Point and Stacey Tokach (Kim) of Fishers, IN; her granddaughters, Lauren and Erin Tokach; her stepgrandchildren, Blake, Tyler Schaus and Madison Schaus; and her father Roque Meraz. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Sylvia Tokach's name be made for Mass intentions or to the Altar and Rosary Sodality.
