He is survived by: his children, Rosie Guel (JR), Theresa Sailors, Michelle Flory (Jeff), Tanya Hammons (Melvin), Roger Best (Linda) and Billy Best (Amanda); and his siblings, Edward Best of Oklahoma and Linda Allen of New Albany. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
