He was predeceased by: his parents, George Medlik and Ann Medlik. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Michael Medlik (Vikki); his grandchildren, Katelyne and Emalee; his child Kim Daniels (Kevin); his grandchildren, Blake and Brooke; his stepchildren, James Price, Daniel Price (Tracy) and Kirsten Sutter; and his sister Georgiana Straka (late Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
