She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Roberta Smith; her son John Michael Monacy; her siblings, Doug, Jimmy Smith and Linda Sweitzet; and her brother-in-law Glen Matthews.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Castellanos, Sr.; her son Jerry Daniel Castellanos, Jr.; her siblings, Johnny Smith (Christina) and Annette Matthews (late Glen); her brother-in-law Milton Sweitzet; and her pets, Chico and Thor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
