He is survived by: his children, Vincent Clemans (Vivian), Jeffrey Clemans (Teresa), Charles Shields (Karen), David Shields (Deborah), Samuel Shields and Melissa Shields (Chuck Custin); and his grandchildren, Kristen, Danielle, Matthew, Joshua, Justin, Tyler, Carissa, Nolan, Trevor, Charles III, Steven, LaDawn, Stephanie, William, Britne, Camden and Nathan. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
