We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021, at the age of 99, Raquel Castellanos of Lake Station, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Raquel Castellanos to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Magdaleno Castellanos; her son Joseph Castellanos; her grandson Joseph Castellanos Jr. (Joey); and her parents, Nicolas Lara and Adelaida Casillas.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Maria Alvarado; her great grandchildren, Jennifer Cortes (Damian), Stephanie Alvarado (Josue San Martin), Ricky and Juliana Lopez; and her great great grandchildren, Karley Johnson, Sophia San Martin, Cecilia Cortes and Sebastian Cortes.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl.
