He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Brant and Loraine Brant; his son Gregory Brant; his granddaughter Morgan Brant; and his brothers, Donald, Jerry and William "Bob" Brant.
He is survived by: his wife Collette Brant; his children, Mark Brant (Lori) and Patricia Taylor (Jerry); his sister Sharon Fekete (Bill); and his grandchildren, Jason Brant (Kristi), Kristopher Brant (Heather), David Brant (Heather), Jeremey Taylor (Kristin), Alyson Kulchar (James) and Michael Vaughan. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
