He was predeceased by: his father Artemio; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Isabel; his wife Maria Olivia; his children, Jose Vega Jr. (Rachel), Orlett, Eliza (Michael), Toro and Sonia Apante; his granddaughter Victoria; his great grandchildren, Issac and Isabella; and his siblings, William (Patty), Jesse (Carmen), Eneida (Freddy), Milta (late Victor), Nancy (Steve) and Jeannette (late Matt). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID pandemic, masks will be required for visitation and service.
