He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Clark and Mary Clark (Conlee). He is survived by: his wife Donna Clark of Lake Station; his children, Lori Bugielski (Tony) of Lake Station, Jason Clark (Michelle) of Valparaiso, Adam Clark (Kathy) of Mohamed, IL and Joseph Clark (Kim) of Streamwood, IL; and his siblings, Jimmy Clark of Arkansas, Bruce Clark of Tennessee, Ricky Clark of Tennessee and Melba Charriz (Louis) of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
