He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda Muñoz Vázquez; and his wife Shirley Nalley-Ortiz. He is survived by: his father Rubén Ortiz-Morales; his children, Shane Nalley, Nathan Nalley (Trisha) and Saundra Nalley-Ortiz; his grandchildren, Diamond, Nathan, Jr., Noah, Kayla, Nythen and Michael; and his siblings, Elis Manuel Ortiz, Carlos Rubén Ortiz, Reinaldo Ortiz, Abner Ortiz, Nélida Ortiz, Amilda Ortiz, Edna Margarita Ortiz, Yolanda Ortiz, Lisandra Ortiz and Brenda Ortiz. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
