He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dee Holt and Mollie Pearl Green Riner. He is survived by: his wife Helen Holt of Lake Station, Indiana.; his children, William H. Holt of Lake Station, Indiana. and Glenda (Jim Raikes) of Brownsburg, Indiana.; and his siblings, George Wayne Holt and Anna Ruth Sinard.
