It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Shimer of Lake Station, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Shimer. He is survived by: his children, Christine Bouchard (George) of Valparaiso, Virginia Howell (Marcus) of Lake Station and Shawn Shimer of Lake Station; his siblings, Raymond Shimer (Star) and Shirley Howard (Larry); his half-sisters, Sandra Harlmert (Craig) and Debra Bailey (Jeff); and his stepmother Wilma Jean Shimer. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
